We proudly offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- The product should be unused or only minimally used.
- The item should be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
